            "Bed is very sturdy. 4 stars for a couple reasons. Delivery of bed was literally dropped by our road, not even on our porch. 2 relatively strong women had to carry these boxes a long way to get them inside and they are extremely HEAVY. Assembly: Took 1 person and a helper at least 7 hours over 2 days to put together twin bunks with steps. These are extremely labor intensive and assembly difficulty level is high. We had an issue with the corner of the step being made poorly, but the customer service was excellent. Got back to me immediately and we are awaiting a new end piece to correct the visual problem. No one has slept in them yet as it's for a summer cottage, but they seem quite sturdy. I'm a bit more concerned about adults using the steps as there should be additional supports for adult weight, but for kids the steps would be great."
