"The directions were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. . IKEA directions could teach your tech writers a thing or to. I had three packets of closures where the serial numbers were not in the directions. The closures are unused. Shrinkage of the wood left two pieces fitting very poorly leading to have to force bolts in skewed and incompletely seated. Other than this, the material is solid. The finish was slightly irregular"
"We are very happy with our new bunkbed. It is a very good looking piece of furniture and it’s very sturdy. We have it in an Airbnb where it gets lots of use with adults as well as children. It was not difficult to put together, but it took about four hours with two people. I would recommend this bunk bed to anyone that wants a stylish piece of furniture that will last a long time."
"My kids love it, assembly was painful (stairs and drawers mainly). A few cosmetical defects on some of the parts as well. I would buy again and still recommend."
"This bunk bed was well thought out. Putting it together took a good bit but while putting it together we see how strong this bunk bed is! This will definitely hold some weight! The finish is really nice too, I really like that the finishes is not shiny, wood is quality. Driftwood color great for any beachy home!"
"Got the Tahoe Queen Bunk beds with the recommended mattresses for a guest bedroom. The bed is solid, very well constructed! It does require assembly and the instructions were easily understood. (My husband is very handy. ) Mattresses are very comfortable! Highly recommend this company for your bedroom furniture needs!"
"our shipment was delivered with 3 damaged pieces. Supposedly, replacements have been ordered but I am unable to get any information on when to expect them. The last two emails I have sent requesting info haven't been responded to. We have family coming to our new lakehouse on Father's Day weekend and need these bunk beds! We can't finish assembling them until we have the replacement parts. We are very frustrated at this point."
"This Bed is the perfect addition to our new Guestroom renovation. I put this bed together by myself with minimal tools. The quality of the wood and hardware are impeccable and i cant wait to host both adult and grandkids as guests in our new room. My only advice on how this could improve (which is only if you upgrade to the 800lb sleeping surface like we did) is it came with different brackets and slats but no instructions on installation so I will need to rework but the brackets sent were too big for the spaces they were to be installed."

"2 rail boards damaged, 1 had a 10 inch crack,the other had a big gouge in it and one board for the side brace was totally wrong board,company was good about setting up replacement parts but shipping is taking to much time almost 2 weeks and we are still waiting for them to be delivered."
