"Sadly to say fed ex delivered a badly handled package that would make any customer turn it away and request a refund no matter if they offer to replace parts. I posted photos of fed ex delivery. I'm waiting on a return label and a full refund . always use credit cards because it protect you from poor business practices. I should not be charged the cost of return label because the product was delivered in a crushed,torn and poorly handled packaging. I am waiting to see what happens. photos below."
