"Sadly to say fed ex delivered a badly handled package that would make any customer turn it away and request a refund no matter if they offer to replace parts. I posted photos of fed ex delivery. I'm waiting on a return label and a full refund . always use credit cards because it protect you from poor business practices. I should not be charged the cost of return label because the product was delivered in a crushed, torn and poorly handled packaging. I am waiting to see what happens. photos below."

The beds themselves are awesome.
"The beds themselves are awesome. Attractive and very sturdy. I have assembled MANY pieces of furniture over the years and must say that the directions are truly HORRIBLE. Likewise the customer service. I was missing two boxes from my order. After repeated calls, emails and photos requested, I finally got lucky and was connected to Mary who cared and took the time to listen, track down where the problem had occurred and got the missing parts to me. 👏👏👏 to her!"
I am very impressed this
"I am very impressed this bunk bed. It's very strong and sturdy and made of quality materials. Even the ladder is strong. I like how the lower bunk doesn't have any rails at the feet, so tall adults can let their feet stick out. I would definitely purchase this again."
Missing parts from 4 soho
"Missing parts from 4 soho bunk beds on my order. I spent over 5k with this company and I could not get a response from any of my calls or emails to get the correct hardware. Very disappointed"
Quality - 5star. . strong and sturdy
"Quality - 5star. . strong and sturdy Looks - soo bright and beautiful. Sleak and midern Order - i had no problem ordering and it came in a timely manner. I love them. They fit in my not so large guest room for my grandbabies"
Excellent quality but…
"I ordered two full over full 800 pounds rated bunkbeds. The beds quality is great, the instructions are clear to follow and shipping via FedEx was very quick (3 days). Unfortunately, one of them arrived without the steel tube reinforcements. Also, the width advertised at 70. 25 inches is incorrect, it is 57. 5 inches."
Simple, Elegant, Modern
"Well constructed bunk beds. I put them together by myself with little to no difficulty in a few hours. Currently using as my daughter’s bed with a guest/friend bed underneath. Would definitely but again. Shipping was fast and easy."
"my kids love it !"
Went together perfectly
"Went together perfectly"
"Was unsure about the quality from the pics but it exceeded my expectations when I got it put together. Its real wood and not MDF, the hardware is stout, and it looks amazing in our cabin air bnb!"
Q&A
- Hi, The diemension of the Full over Queen seems not correct, the queen bed mattress length is 80inches, but this bed has length with 77 inches. Could you please send me the correct measurement of the bed? Thank you!
- Hi Phoenix! This bed is approximately 77.75 inches high. The mattress we suggest using is any standard mattress between 5-8 inches.
