"Sadly to say fed ex delivered a badly handled package that would make any customer turn it away and request a refund no matter if they offer to replace parts. I posted photos of fed ex delivery. I'm waiting on a return label and a full refund . always use credit cards because it protect you from poor business practices. I should not be charged the cost of return label because the product was delivered in a crushed,torn and poorly handled packaging. I am waiting to see what happens. photos below."

- What is the height of guardrail of loft bed? and what kind of mattress (thickness, firmness) should I purchase for maximize safety for the top bunk?

- Where can I find the dimensions of the full bed that goes on top of the queen? Same question for the twin bed that goes on top of the queen (if you select "twin over queen" instead of "full over queen")? For both, I would also need to know the width of the ladder, whether it's centered (on that side of the bed), and if the ladder can face either way (left or right)?
