"Only complaints would be that the railing on the left side of the ladder to get to the top bunk required reinforcement on both sides with a few added screws as the two smaller screws on one side wouldn't be sufficient and would likely break in a few years of climbing up and down from the bunk. especially as a 200LB male the wear and tear would definitely crack the wood or pull those small screws out when you grab the railing on that final step up the top bunk over several years."

"We ordered the twin over twin with a trundle in the pecan finish. We were astonished at the quality of the wood, the finish and the construction for the price. The pieces fit together precisely to form a beautiful bed and the finished product conceals the bolts. We can see why the beds can hold so much weight! Customer service was exceptional. We received a different size than ordered but they processed a replacement immediately. They were not just professional, they were kind, apologetic and eager to resolve the issue. We are glad we purchased the mattresses through them as they are equally good. I highly recommend spending a few more dollars to purchase their bunk beds because the difference is night and day compared to the competitors!"
