"I purchased 3 bunk beds from you, I love the look and the feel of your product. Your directions were easy to follow. I asked for a discount when ordering my 4th bunk but it was not granted and now that it’s too late I see that you are offering a 10%."
"Highly recommend this bunkbed set, very sturdy and comfortable. Definitely worth my coin and it’s best to have someone help with the set up. I’ve seen some reviews of missing parts, but I didn’t have that issue. The manual was easy to interpret. Quick delivery as well. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase !"
"We did not receive all parts and instructions in the first shipment which made it seriously challenging. With in a week, however, the last of our shipment arrived. Instructions were relatively easy to follow for the queen over queen bunk bed with right stairs and storage units. However, when assembling was all finished, I had used 6 rod support brackets and had another 8 leftover along with multiple screws leftover. I’m pretty certain I have my bunks assembled to hold the 800pounds it is rated to hold. The mattresses are more comfortable than expected. Looks great and feels sturdy. Love the stairs for easy access. Customer service always responded to my email questions with in a couple days."
"These bunks are very sturdy! Would have been easier assembly if each package of screws were labeled. Also would have loved to have actual words for directions to go along with the pictures."
"Delivered wrong box and won’t pick up. I now have to figure out how to dispose of, and pay to dispose of, a 100 pound box ."
"Great product. Wish it was a bit more sturdy. Drawers are pretty huge and we are able to store quite a bit. Most definitely would purchase again Directions are super confusing and need directions themselves. Please add words to the directions."
"We are so happy with these! We bought two for our vacation home. The color is beautiful and they are solid."
"No regrets about any of it all items where good and fit as specified"
"The directions were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. . IKEA directions could teach your tech writers a thing or to. I had three packets of closures where the serial numbers were not in the directions. The closures are unused. Shrinkage of the wood left two pieces fitting very poorly leading to have to force bolts in skewed and incompletely seated. Other than this, the material is solid. The finish was slightly irregular"
"I really love the bunk bed is beautiful the finish detail solid and perfect stain color! Just perfection on beds! highly recommended!"
