Don’t pay for the upgrade!

"I purchased bunk beds and paid for the upgraded structural support for up to 800lbs. What came were slightly more beefy slats and upgraded mounting hardware however, the upgraded hardware didn’t fit the support beams and the company told me that’s normal and to just not use the upgraded hardware. Long story short I paid a lot more money for slightly stronger slats and their response to my complaint was basically tough luck. Horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again because of their answer and the bullshit “upgraded” weight support."

We did not receive all

"We did not receive all parts and instructions in the first shipment which made it seriously challenging. With in a week, however, the last of our shipment arrived. Instructions were relatively easy to follow for the queen over queen bunk bed with right stairs and storage units. However, when assembling was all finished, I had used 6 rod support brackets and had another 8 leftover along with multiple screws leftover. I’m pretty certain I have my bunks assembled to hold the 800pounds it is rated to hold. The mattresses are more comfortable than expected. Looks great and feels sturdy. Love the stairs for easy access. Customer service always responded to my email questions with in a couple days."
